Senior Manager - Safety, Security & Compliance

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager - Safety, Security, & Compliance will ensure the alignment of Parks and Attractions safety, security and compliance standards. They will develop incident management framework including reporting, investigation, reporting, trend analysis and preventative planning. They will ensure that third party operators' processes, training programs, and training materials are aligned with the operating agreements and Qiddiya internal standards. They ensure guest experience is safe, secure and in compliance with all local regulations.

Responsibilities:

- Execute an efficient auditing program and validate operation contents and changes with relevant laws, rules and regulations, and applicable standards, and by delivering efficient and top-quality service support to Parks and Attractions division.

- Administering and sustaining the Incident Reporting program for Parks and Attractions division to ensure timely and accurate recording of incidents and follow-ups to prevent or reduce potential hazards. 

- Provide training and guiding use of applicable systems and processes in partnership with HSE teams and several other Divisions and Departments to ensure consistency and an highly effective program.

- Conduct the appropriate investigations to reinforce current and future practices and procedures.

- Supporting the entire Parks and Attractions division and the corresponding teams of QIC ensuring that all outputs comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and international policies.

- Provide recurring reports to the relevant Parks and Attractions teams for statistical study and analysis representing QPO in order to enhance overall safety and compliance performance of the division and assets. 

- Work closely with Legal team concerning risk management and claims, as well as regulatory agencies at the appropriate level as needed to best position the company and division wherever possible.

- Serve as conduit between QIC and Parks and Attractions asset security teams to ensure coordination internally and externally with local emergency services. 

- Oversee emergency response planning for assets, zones, attractions and rides. 

- Participate in planning and execution of regular joint-force emergency response drills and tabletop exercises.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Safety, Risk Management or other related fields.

- 9 years of experience in a theme park, resort or related industries.
