Manager - Government Relations

Job Description

Supervise and assist in processing government related activities including but not limited to Iqamas, visas and driving license in an accurate and timely manner.


1. Ensure the processing of all required governmental documents is executed in an accurate and timely manner.
2. Review Iqama and visa related information and ensure corrective actions are taken as and when needed.
3. Review requests related to processing of new Iqama and visas to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
4. Review developed financial records related to governmental requests and provide corrective actions as needed.
5. Review list of future visa requests for incoming new Qiddiya employees.
6. Ensure employees are provided with proper assistance to obtain a Saudi driver’s license and foreign visa in an accurate and timely manner.
7. Ensure employees are provided with proper assistance to transfer of sponsorship as and when needed.
8. Maintain strong relationships and continuous communication with regulatory entities, government officials, and policy makers to enhance QIC network and advocacy capabilities.


Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
9+ preferred total years of relevant experience.
