Job Description

General Summary

Assist in the development of budgeting, modelling, forecasting, long-term planning, implementation and business strategic analysis functions of Qiddiya in order to assess the financial impact of business opportunities, plans and ongoing operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Prepare financial reports pertaining to the financial performance of Projects in Development stage

2. Prepare cash flows and analyze the variances

3. Analyze financial information and other key performance indicators and reports and provide recommendations

4. Monitor Development budgets through PR, POs, Contracts, etc.

5. Contribute to the development of the overall operating and capital expenditure budget of the organization in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

6. Participate in the development of short-term and long-term financial forecasts and related budgets

7. Participate in the development of short-term and long-term cash flow projections as well as various financial models

8. Participate in the development and the implementation of Financial Planning & Analysis policies, processes, procedures and controls

9. Participate in managing the the department’s relationships with key stakeholders within the organization in order to facilitate financial information sharing

 

Skills

Preferred Suggested Role Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.

2-4 preferred total years of relevant experience.
