Assistant Manager - Business Architecture

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1- Coordinate the efforts of the business architecture stakeholders, & owners to align and govern QIC business architecture, covering the strategy and business architecture layers.
2- Facilitate the development and management of strategy and business principles.
3- Ensure that approved business architecture artefacts are properly managed through the EA Repository
4- Provide practical business architecture advice and support/facilitation to QIC Business Architecture stakeholders.
5- Participates in business meetings to understand business requirements and coordinate their fulfilment through the business architecture artefacts.
6- Participate in conducting architecture compliance reviews for implementation projects and provide recommendations as needed.
7- As needed, assist the enterprise architecture team in developing new RFPs for the IT initiatives and evaluating the responses from a business architecture point of view
8- Identify and guide people, processes and technology requirements to operationalize the operating models.
9- Support organizational change and investments in response to disruptive forces and toward achieving targeted business outcomes.
10- Create business architecture deliverables that clarify strategic intentions, identify business outcomes, and explore implications, impacts and risks.
11- Assesses near-term and long-term needs, to establish business and IT investment priorities.
12- Utilizes a toolbox of business architecture deliverables to help business leaders identify and make business and IT investment decisions. Deliverables include but are not limited to, business outcome statements, strategy on a page, scenario plans, and business capability models.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Certified in TOGAF 9.1 or Business Architecture.
