Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Managing all Marketing contracts, RFPs and service orders.
- Managing and monitoring budgets and spending with weekly/monthly reporting.
- Alignments with procurement, finance and tax teams for any requirements and needs in current and future contracts.
- Manage invoicing and update vendors on any issues regarding their contracts and invoicing.
- Aligning with the teams in the brand to manage job deliverables.
- Aligning with finance with regards to accruals and budget control and forecasts as per the approved marketing plans.
Skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent.
- Knowledge in drafting RFPs and framework agreements
- Knowledge in preparing budget forecasts and reports
- Familiar with the different Saudi tax laws
- Knowledge of budget controls and invoicing procedures
- Familiar with the marketing and branding deliverables and requirements
- Native fluency in English with excellent writing skills
