Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1- Agency Management:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing relationships with digital and social media agencies
2- Website Management & Operation:
Strong knowledge of design principles, content management, SEO strategies, and performance analysis to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions. Track record of optimizing website and digital content to drive conversion rates and generate leads
3- Marketplace Expertise:
Strong experience in managing a marketplace platform where goods and services related to travel and tourism are offered, ensuring optimal user experience and business outcomes.
4- Data Management & Analysis:
Proven capability in overseeing data collection, analysis, and interpretation to optimize digital and social media strategies
5- Social Paid Campaigns:
Successful track record in ensuring the effective execution of digital marketing and influencer campaigns and achieving measurable results
6- Content Collaboration:
Experience in coordinating with written content creators to align digital strategies with content initiatives
7- Platform Expertise:
Proficiency in navigating various digital platforms and staying updated on emerging trends

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications or related fields
- Experience in destination marketing/tourism essential. Background in leisure/entertainment preferred
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
