Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1- Agency Management:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing relationships with PR agencies, media partners, and content creators
2- Strategic Collaborations:
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic PR plans in collaboration with external agencies, ensuring alignment with DMO goals
3- Media Engagement:
Experience in coordinating media outreach, securing coverage, and managing media relationships to enhance brand visibility
4- Campaign Execution:
Successful track record in overseeing the end-to-end execution of PR campaigns including events, product launches, and press conferences
5- Organic Messaging:
Management of original content as well as responses to user-generated content. Management of stakeholder and endorser messaging
6- Crisis Communication:
Working knowledge of navigating PR aspects during crises.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing or a related field
- Experience in destination marketing required. Preferred background in leisure/entertainment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
