Job Description
- Manage the Overall utilities Design Development for the City Utilities.
- Ensure integration between the Utilities (Wet utilities, dry utilities, stormwater, solid waste) with other disciplines ( roads, light rail, metro, landscape, lighting, wayfinding, ICT and Security)
- Perform the Design integration and interface and ensure design compatibility.
- Experience in Integrated Design and collaborative design approach.
- Ensure Safe and functional Design of the city-wide utilities systems.
- Ensure state of the art design approach to the city-wide utilities systems.
- Ensure the design is completed on time to match the required phasing plans.
- Interface Points Control and record upkeeping.
- Effectively manage the interfaces with internal and external stakeholders.
- Engage with Cost planning Team to ensure cost consistency.
- Engage with Project controls for the overall cost, schedule, and quality of the project.
Skills
*10+ total years preferably in utilities developers and utilities operation
Soft Skills: Teamwork, Accept tasks and go the extra mile, Proactiveness, Excellent presentation skills.
