Mobility Manager - Regional Public Transport

General Summary:

Support the oversight of planning of Regional Mobility Public Transport assets including but not limited to framework planning, feasibility studies, design, procurement, logistics, contracting, stakeholder management, project controls, handover, closeout and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support and liaise on all aspects of the Primary Urban Axis Public Transport including but not limited to alignment, connections, system types, station form, rolling stock, etc.
• Support the planning of all Public Transport assets including but not limited to guidelines, drawings (control plans, base plans, schematics etc), processes, feasibility studies and framework plans.
• Support on budget development, cost estimations and forecasts.
• Manage the relationship with contracted third-party design companies and key stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.
• Support periodic meetings with Government representatives to facilitate design programs in terms of legal matters and compliance of design with local regulations.
• Provide the City and Districts team with regular updates for coordination purposes.
• Provide the City Project Controls team with detailed risk registers, cost reports and general documentation to ensure accurate project controls.
• Support the management of the expenditure of each Primary Urban Axis budget by consultants, delivery, or operations teams.
• Liaise with Districts, Buildings and Assets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or related field preferred

Professional Certifications:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or related certification preferred.

Years of Experience:

• 10 total years of relevant experience
