Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
- Handling all travel matters across Qiddiya Investment company
- Managing our travel partner, monitoring their performance levels
- Reviewing and ensuring adherence to the Qiddiya Investment company travel policy, and recommending updates to management to reflect market changes.
- Managing and tracking travel budgets and expenses.
- Collaborating with our travel partner and within Qiddiya Investment company to establish relationships with airlines and hotels for the benefit.
- Providing advice and participating in the organization and management of company events, including offsides and conferences.
Skills
Required Skills:
- Strong organizational and planning skills to manage multiple travel arrangements and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Negotiation skills to secure the best travel rates and services for the company
- Knowledge of travel industry trends, regulations, and best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, travel and tourism management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in travel management role.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills to track and report on travel expenses and budgets.
