Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1- Managing all the requirements for any printing, merchandising, production and branding for the master brand and the destinations with technical know-how of various techniques & methods used in graphics installation, exhibition stands & events
2- Prepare final artworks ready for production, manage on-site branding and possible requirement as per location
3- Managing the brand presence across sports activations teams, developments team on site, experience centre/s, internal events and activations
4- Define the materials, printing quality and special executions as per the requirements
5- Procurement negotiation, quality assurance & control
6- Managing resources, budget & people effectively through the various departments and vendors
7- Managing the production department, handling of production designers and coordination within internal departments
8- Plan & control workflow to meet deadlines, monitoring closely for teams efficiency
9- Managing connection with local vendors & suppliers for different products used in marketing
10- Proficient in proposing venues for events & launches based on site recce, feasibility & compatibility study along side the brand team
11- Develop all the budgets requirements

Qualifications
- Experience in agencies and client side.
- Versatile in design programs
- Finalizing KVs and preparing files for production.
- Experienced in dealing with production companies and quality control.
- Able to develop financial estimations
Years of Experience
Minimum 6 year's experience in the printing and production field.
