1. Lead Business Plan Standardization: Collaborate with team members and consultants to create and maintain standardized templates for business cases across various assets, ensuring alignment with the masterplan business case.
2. Lead Financial & Tax due diligence for investments including business plan in collaboration with stakeholders, review of contracts and computation of Purchase Price Allocation.
3. Lead Impairment Management and Forecasting: Lead effort to manage and forecast the company's impairment processes, including those of subsidiaries & investments. Lead in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
4. Performance Management : Help identify weak points in financial processes and perform root cause analysis to suggest improvements and enhance overall financial performance.
5. Coordination with Investment Management and Asset Management Department: Collaborate with the Investment Management department to understand and potentially integrate responsibilities related to building business cases for new assets.
6. Subsidy/Investment Management: Assist in managing and documenting the use of subsidies received from the government and PIF.
7. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to all responsibilities, ensuring timely and clear communication with relevant stakeholders.
8. lead Ad Hoc Financial Analysis: Perform additional financial analysis and tasks as required by broader finance team to support ongoing projects and initiatives including operational readiness
9. Team management: manage team with goal to continually expand and improve capabilities and professional development
المهارات
1. Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree and/or CNCFA preferrable.
2. Knowledge of Financial Processes: Understanding of valuation, modeling, impairment management, performance management,and FOO
3. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with financial software and ERP systems.
4. 1 0+ years overall experience, and 2+ years of team management experience
