Manager - Finance Transformation & Ramp up

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Strategic:

• Develop and lead the finance transformation road map at Qiddiya by identifying new transformation opportunities across People, Processes and Systems, and guiding design and enterprise-wide implementation of new processes, tools and systems.
• Lead the finance operational readiness and ramp up for Qiddiya group's assets and their interfaces with Finance processes and systems.

2. Operational:

• Coordinate with other finance leaders and teams to identify transformation and digitization opportunities with respect to systems, processes, and reporting requirements to drive efficiency within the function
• Project Manage the end-to-end design and implementation of finance transformation initiatives
• Evaluate and assess new tools and techniques that can be adopted to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Monitor the automation and streamlining of the processes with the Finance department
• Advise the business on data formats, system integration requirements, tools, processes, Proof of Concept (PoC), workflows and existing standards to ensure seamless data flow from business systems to finance systems
• Lead the KPIs reporting for finance function including constant development and refinement of KPIs
• Provide guidance and identify requirements to up skill employees on the usage of the automated reporting tools and techniques to ensure sustainable implementation

Requirement:

• Master’s degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Finance and/or Business
• Project management skills (demonstrated experience in managing finance transformation projects) ideally with consulting background
• Experience with ERP (preferably SAP), BI (preferably power BI), Budgeting and planning tools, and Treasury operations
