Manager - Finance Technology

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize system enhancements and integrations aligned with Qiddiya's strategic goals, working closely with internal teams and partners to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of Finance technology initiatives, adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and effectively managing project activities and stakeholders
• Provide guidance, support, and training to end-users, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and promoting self-service capabilities to enhance user understanding and proficiency in utilizing Finance technology functionalities effectively
• Own technical ramp up of Qiddiya and SEVEN assets during the operational readiness phase including need assessment, scalability from legacy
  systems, implementations, support and training
• Contribute towards the development and implementation of the Finance IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives, scalability and the application of effective architecture standards
• Monitor the performance of financial IT systems, proactively identifying and resolving issues to minimize downtime and optimize system efficiency
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to educate finance teams and end-users on the use of financial IT systems, best practices, and security protocols
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scopes, and establish timelines for system implementations

Requirement:

•  SAP Finance experience 
• Extensive experience in designing and implementing SAP S/4HANA
• Understanding of Finance operations and processes

Years Of Experience
6-9 preferred total years of relevant experience.
