General Summary

The post holder will be responsible for Financial Evaluation of Contracts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Participating in Evaluation Committees of Tenders/ RFQ/ RFP to ensure Company purchase / project deals with suppliers/contractors are executed with transparency & competitive prices and best terms & conditions.

2. Attending negotiation meetings to discuss financials and commercial terms & conditions with the bidders

3. Critically and analytically reviewing bidder’s proposals and conducting Tenders/ RFQ / RFP evaluations in terms of financial accuracy and Company standards.

4. Ensuring error-free evaluations including of Tenders/ RFQ/RFP in terms of financial accuracy and Company standard.

5.  Ensuring all evaluation reports are having accurate Financial comparisons and are sent by committee to Management upon Budget approvals.

6. Arranging Certificate of Approval (COA) for the draft contract (s) included with the Tenders/RFP / RFQ evaluation report.

7. Ensuring proper coordination with concerned section of Finance for relevant Agreements (e.g., Revenue Sharing) for providing apt feedback to Procurement department.

8. Providing Finance advice to Procurement department in respect of various requests including warning letters to the Contractors having financial impacts.

9. Reviewing various non-standard agreements (i.e., non-RFP / non-Tenders) via emails.  Furnishing Finance comments & requirements for various non-standard agreements via email and attending meetings with all stakeholders, business partners etc. for its finalization.

10. Implementing procedures with creative ideas to enhance internal controls.

11. Ensure high standards of confidentiality to safeguard commercially sensitive information

المهارات

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field.
